ParentConnect uses technology to help expecting and new parents form meaningful, lasting relationships in the real world. We thoughtfully bring parents together based on factors such as location, stage of parenthood, interests, experiences, and availability—and help them connect with one another, local events, and community resources.

We are still at the beginning. Joining now means helping shape not only our product, but also our culture, operating principles, and approach to growth. You’ll work closely with a small team, take meaningful ownership, and see the direct effect of your work on the parents and communities we serve.
Open Roles
Senior Lead Engineer
Full-time
Own the architecture, development, security, and privacy of ParentConnect’s core platform. You’ll be the primary technical builder behind our V1 product and help establish the engineering foundation for expansion beyond Chicago.
Head of Marketing
Part-time
Lead ParentConnect’s brand, content, and audience growth through our Chicago launch. You’ll drive organic and paid acquisition, shape how we communicate with users, and build a marketing approach that can scale into future markets.
Head of Partnerships
Part-time
Build ParentConnect’s partnership function from the ground up. You’ll develop relationships with Chicago organizations and national consumer brands, secure sponsorships, and create a repeatable partnership pipeline that supports our growth.
UX Designer
Part-time
Lead the end-to-end design of a warm, intuitive, and trustworthy product for expecting and new parents. You’ll translate user research and community needs into the flows, visual system, and polished experience behind our V1 launch.
Chicago Regional Operator

Be the on-the-ground heart of ParentConnect’s Chicago community. You’ll bring parents together through events and programming, cultivate local relationships, and create the community-building playbook that future ParentConnect markets will follow.
